If you're not happy with a product, email support@elpodio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund it. Opened or unopened, no need to send it back.

The guarantee covers the first purchase of each product. 

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancel before your next order processes and you won't be charged.
